CHANGE IN DOVRE GROUP’S EXECUTIVE TEAM

In Dovre Group Plc’s Annual General Meeting held on March 30, 2017, Ole Olsen was elected as a new member of the Board of Directors. Ole Olsen is the largest shareholder of Dovre Group Plc through his controlled company, Visual Engineering AS, and he has also been a member of Dovre Group’s Executive Team since May 28, 2015. Following the nomination of Ole Olsen to Dovre Group’s Board of Directors, and effective as of today, the Executive Team of Dovre Group consists of:
