Solteq Plc - Correction to the amount of treasury shares to be cancelled

Solteq Plc Stock Exchange Bulletin 21.4.2017 at 5.15 pm The Company’s Board of Directors decided today to cancel treasury shares held by the company. The amount of the shares to be cancelled and the total number of the company’s shares were incorrect in the earlier Stock Exchange Bulletin. The earlier incorrect text in Bulletin was as follows: “The Company’s Board of Directors also decided to cancel all 364,533 treasury shares held by the company. When the share subscription and the cancellation of the treasury shares are registered in the Trade Register, the total number of the company’s shares will be 18,039,102.” The corrected text in Bulletin is as follows: “The Company’s Board of Directors also decided to cancel all 339,533 treasury shares held by the company.
