STORA ENSO OYJ STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 15 May 2017 at 9.15 EEST During the 1–28 April 2017 conversion period there was one conversion and a total of 750 A shares were converted into R shares. The shares were recorded in the Finnish trade register today, 15 May 2017, and trading in the new R shares will start on 16 May 2017. Breakdown of shares after conversion: A shares 176 506 320 R shares 612 113 667 Total 788 619 987 Each A share and each ten R shares carry one vote. The total amount of votes after the conversion is at least 237 717 687.
