New shares in Solteq Plc entered in the trade register

Solteq Plc Stock Exchange Bulletin 30.6.2017 at 8.00 am As a part of the company acquisition Solteq Plc directed a share issue, totaling to 613,495 shares, to the shareholders of inPulse Works Ltd on 12 June 2017.
