Disclosure under Chapter 9 Section 5 of the Securities Markets Act

Nurminen Logistics Plc Stock Exchange Release 31 July 2017 at 10.40 a.m. Finnish time

Nurminen Logistics Plc (Nasdaq Helsinki: NLG1V) ("Nurminen Logistics", the "Company") has 31 July 2017 received notifications in accordance with Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Securities Markets Act ("SMA") from Juha Nurminen, JN Uljas Oy (an entity controlled by Juha Nurminen), Jukka Nurminen and Mikko Nurminen.

According to the notifications, holdings of Juha Nurminen, JN Uljas Oy, Jukka Nurminen and Mikko Nurminen in the Company have diluted on 28 July 2017 due to registration of the new shares with the Finnish Trade Register. The new shares were issued in connection with the rights issue announced by the Company on 26 June 2017. Total positions of Juha Nurminen, JN Uljas Oy, Jukka Nurminen and Mikko Nurminen are the followings of the total number of shares and voting rights in the Company:

• Juha Nurminen 12.65 per cent (5 553 239 shares and votes);

• JN Uljas Oy 7.06 per cent (3 099 388 shares and votes); aggregate position of Juha Nurminen and JN Uljas Oy 19.71 per cent (8 652 627 shares and votes);

• Jukka Nurminen below 5 per cent (977 367 shares and votes); and

• Mikko Nurminen below 5 per cent (870 108 shares and votes).

There have been no changes in the number of shares and respective voting rights owned by Juha Nurminen, JN Uljas Oy, Jukka Nurminen and Mikko Nurminen in connection with the execution of the aforementioned rights issue.

The notified ownership percentages presented in the notifications have been calculated against the current total number of shares and votes published by Nurminen Logistics being 43 904 174 including the treasury shares held by Nurminen Logistics in accordance with the SMA and the guidelines issued by the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority.
