LITGRID - Notification on material event

Concerning the conclusions of Public procurement office and decision of Lithuanian Business Support Agency

Having carried out an internal examination, the Lithuanian electricity transmission system operator Litgrid has applied to court concerning the conclusions of the Public Procurement Office in relation to the tendering procedure on the construction of the Kretinga-Benaičiai 110 kV power transmission line connecting Kretinga with the transformer substation of the Benaičiai wind farm and the decision of the Lithuanian Business Support Agency to make financial corrections to the project in the amount of EUR 243.4 thousands.

The construction of the 27 km 110 kV power transmission like is scheduled for completion in November 2017. EU funds for financing this project make up EUR 974 thousands. A contract with a contractor for the technical design and construction works is EUR 1.98 million without VAT.
