PANOSTAJA OYJ’S FINANCIAL INFORMATION RELEASE DATES AND ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Panostaja Oyj Stock Exchange Bulletin September 22, 2017 15.00 p.m.

Panostaja Group’s financial year will end on 31st October, 2017. The financial results for the year ending on 31st October 2017 will be published on 14th December 2017. Panostaja Oyj's Annual General Meeting will be held on 1st February 2018. Annual report will be available at the address www.panostaja.fi on week 2/2018.

Panostaja Oyj will publish three interim reviews in the financial year 1.11.2017-31.10.2018. The publication dates for financial information will be as follows:

Interim Report Q1 1 November 2017-31 January 2018 (3 months) 1 March 2018

Half Year Report 1 November 2017-30 April 2018 (6 months) 31 May 2018

Interim Report Q3 1 November 2017-31 July 2018 (9 months) 6 September 2018
