STORA ENSO OYJ STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 16 October 2017 at 9.00 EEST During the 1–29 September 2017 conversion period there was two conversions and a total of 34 000 A shares were converted into R shares. The shares were recorded in the Finnish trade register today, 16 October 2017, and trading in the new R shares will start on 17 October 2017. Breakdown of shares after conversion: A shares 176 412 320 R shares 612 207 667 Total 788 619 987 Each A share and each ten R shares carry one vote. The total amount of votes after the conversion is at least 237 633 087.
