Basware Corporation, stock exchange release, December 21, 2017 at 3:00pm Basware’s financial reporting in 2018 Basware Corporation releases its financial statement bulletin for January 1 – December 31, 2017 on Friday, February 2, 2018. Annual report 2017, which includes the company’s financial statements, the report of the Board of Directors, and the corporate governance statement, will be published online approximately on Thursday, February 22, 2018. In 2018, Basware Corporation releases its financial reports as follows: - Interim report for January 1 – March 31, 2018 on Thursday, April 19, 2018 - Half-year financial report for January 1 – June 30, 2018 on Wednesday, July 18, 2018 - Interim report for January 1 – September 30, 2018 on Wednesday, October 17, 2018 The company’s Annual General Meeting is planned to be held on Thursday, March 15, 2018 in Helsinki, Finland. The Board of Directors will convene the meeting separately at a later date. A shareholder who requests a certain issue belonging to the General Meeting to be included on the agenda of the meeting, is asked to notify the Board of Directors in writing no later than Wednesday, January 10, 2018 either by email yhtiokokous@basware.com or by post Basware Corporation/Annual General Meeting 2018, P.O.
