INVL Asset Management the Management Company of INVL Baltic Real Estate received a notification from Invalda INVL that Invalda INVL intends to transfer up to 22 percent of shares in real estate investment company INVL Baltic Real Estate. Upon data of Nasdaq Vilnius, market value of the block of intended to sell shares was 6.9 million EUR on 20 December 2017.
Decision was taken by the Board of Invalda INVL on 20 December 2017.
Shares would be transferred to institutional investors and retail customers in 2018. Public offering of shares to retail investors would be possible only if the Bank of Lithuania approves the prospectus of INVL Baltic Real Estate, which would determine the share price and the order of the distribution.
