Eric Wilson appointed as head of Basware’s North American operations

Basware Corporation, stock exchange release, January 4, 2018 at 5:00pm Eric Wilson appointed as head of Basware’s North American operations Eric Wilson has been appointed as Senior Vice President, North America and as a member of the Executive Team at Basware as of today, January 4, 2018. Wilson will report to Vesa Tykkyläinen, CEO, Basware Corporation. Wilson is currently Vice President, Purchase-to-Pay, North America and APAC at Basware. Wilson has over 20 years of experience in the Source-to-Pay business, in particular in North America, and is recognised as a thought leader in the space. Wilson joined Basware in 2016, when Basware acquired Verian Technologies LLC in the United States. Tehseen Dahya, current SVP of North America, will become executive advisor to Basware with particular focus on executing the company’s longer-term strategy as well as North America business development. “We are extremely excited about Eric taking the helm in North America.
