**SSH Communications Security enters into Patent Cross License and Settlement Agreement with Sony

**SSH Communications Security Corporation announces that it has entered into a patent cross license and settlement agreement with Sony. The agreement resolves all disputes between the parties.

“We are pleased to finally end this dispute with Sony” said SSH VP, Intellectual Property Erkki Yli-Juuti. “We can now fully concentrate and move forward with our other licensing efforts. SSH is aiming to enter into licensing arrangements with other companies using our patented technology.”

SSH estimates that after taxes, costs and royalty fee paid to Clausal Computing Ltd, this patent license and settlement agreement will have a moderate positive impact in SSH´s net profit in the first quarter of 2018.
