Pihlajalinna Plc Stock exchange release 15 February 2018 at 13:55 Pihlajalinna Plc: Flagging announcement in accordance with Chapter 9, Section 10 of the Securities Markets Act Pihlajalinna Plc has on 15 February 2018 received a notification under Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Securities Market Act, according to which the holding of LähiTapiola group (LähiTapiola General Mutual Insurance Company and LähiTapiola Mutual Life Insurance Company) in Pihlajalinna Plc’s shares and votes has risen above 25 per cent on 15 February 2018. The holding of LähiTapiola group has increased to 26.07 % of the total of Pihlajalinna's shares and votes. After the transaction, LähiTapiola group owns 5.373.026 Pihlajalinna's shares.
