**SSH ANNOUNCES CHANGES TO THE EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT TEAM

*Company founder Mr. Tatu Ylönen to become Strategic Advisor to the Company*The founder of SSH Communications Security Oyj, Mr. Tatu Ylönen, steps down from the Executive Management team of the parent company and becomes a Strategic Advisor to the company, effective March 1st, 2018.In his new role, Tatu continues as a key spokesperson for SSH at events, in media, and in social media and acts as a Strategic Advisor to the company to support the strategic development of SSH. Tatu will also retain a strategic role in the US business of the company as the Executive Chairman of SSH Communications Security Inc. (the US subsidiary of SSH Communications Security Oyj). Tatu will also remain a member of the Board of Directors of SSH.The CEO of SSH, Ms. Kaisa Olkkonen says: “It is impossible to overstate the importance of Tatu to SSH. Not only is he the inventor of the SSH protocol and the founder of the company, but he is also one of the few true visionaries of the cybersecurity industry. In his new role, Tatu will continue contributing to the development and growth of SSH, while at the same time have time for research and innovation for new exciting technologies in the cyber security realm. I look forward to working with Tatu in his new role.”SSH appoints a new Chief Financial Officer**Mr. Niklas Nordström (39 years) has been appointed as the CFO of SSH Communications Security from March 19, 2018 onwards. Niklas has nearly 15 years of experience in different areas in finance and administration. He has held senior positions in finance at Suunto, Tieto, and PNM Holding, most recently serving as the CFO of Biohit Oyj.

Niklas holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) degree from the University of Kent in Canterbury, UK and a Bachelor of Economics, Accounting and Finance degree from the Inholland University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands.
