STORA ENSO OYJ STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 16 April 2018 at 9.00 EEST During the 1–31 March 2018 conversion period there was one conversion and a total of 10 418 A shares were converted into R shares. The shares were recorded in the Finnish trade register today, 16 April 2018, and trading in the new R shares will start on 17 April 2018. Breakdown of shares after conversion: A shares 176 340 792 R shares 612 279 195 Total 788 619 987 Each A share and each ten R shares carry one vote. The total amount of votes after the conversion is at least 237 568 711.
