CONFIRMATION OF RESPONSIBLE PERSONS

Following the law on Securities of the Republic of Lithuania and the Rules for the Drawing up and the Submission of the Periodic and the Additional Information approved by the Board of the Bank of Lithuania, we hereby confirm that, to the best of our knowledge, the consolidated and separate annual financial statements of AUGA group, AB for the year ended 31 December 2017, prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards, give a true and fair view of the assets, liabilities, financial position and profit or loss and cash flow consolidated and separate AUGA group, AB. The consolidated annual report provides a true and fair overview of AUGA group, AB and the group business development and operations and the position of undertakings in relation to the description of the main risks and contingencies faced thereby.
