Basware Restricted Share Plan 2017 – directed share issue

Basware Corporation, stock exchange release, May 25, 2018 at 10.45am Basware Restricted Share Plan 2017 – directed share issue The Board of Directors of Basware decided on April 18, 2018 on a directed share issue related to the reward payment for Basware's Restricted Share Plan 2017. In the share issue, 3,497 shares held by the company have been conveyed without consideration to the key employees participating in the above mentioned plan in accordance with the terms and conditions of the plan. The decision on the directed share issue is based on the authorization granted to the Board of Directors by the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on March 15, 2018. After the share delivery, the company holds a total of 33,588 own shares. The share delivery will be executed by using already existing shares and the plan has no dilutive effect.
