On 15 December 2017, F-Secure announced a new matching share plan covering all F-Secure employees. Share purchases for the participants were started by the external administrator on 19 March, and concluded on 29 May 2018. On 29 May, the final shares were transferred to the personal custody accounts of the participating employees, including members of the Leadership Team and Christine Bejerasco, the Board Member elected from F-Secure personnel. The external administrator has acquired shares from the market, calculated a volume-weighted average price and based on that average price transferred the correct number of shares to each participant of the matching share plan.
