STORA ENSO OYJ STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 16 July 2018 at 9.00 EEST During the 1–29 June 2018 conversion period there was one conversion and a total of 13 070 A shares were converted into R shares. The shares were recorded in the Finnish trade register today, 16 July 2018, and trading in the new R shares will start on 17 July 2018. Breakdown of shares after conversion: A shares 176 327 172 R shares 612 292 815 Total 788 619 987 Each A share and each ten R shares carry one vote. The total amount of votes after the conversion is at least 237 556 453.
