Initia Ltd to advise Tulikivi on the sale of the Suomussalmi talc deposit

Tulikivi has appointed Initia Ltd to provide financial advice on the sale of the Suomussalmi talc deposit as of 24 September 2018.

Heikki Vauhkonen, Managing Director: “The studies carried out and cash flow models drafted over the past few months have provided further support for our view that if utilised, the deposit could be profitable. Furthermore, the project has raised so much interest among potential buyer candidates and partners that the company has decided to appoint Initia Ltd to provide financial advice on the sale of the deposit.”

It is too early to predict the success or financial impact of a potential sale.
