OUTOTEC OYJ STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE OCTOBER 30, 2018 AT 2.00 PM Outotec works together with its customer to solve issues relating to the ilmenite smelter project Outotec has now agreed with its customer, National Titanium Dioxide Company (Cristal), to work together to examine and identify the root causes of the problems in the ilmenite smelter project (announcement on October 26, 2018). During the start-up of one of the furnaces there were problems and the start-up was terminated. Investigation of the furnace will be made when the furnace has cooled down, which takes approximately a month. Outotec will announce additional information as and when available.
