Nokian Tyres plc Stock Exchange Release November 7, 2018, at 10:10 a.m. Nokian Tyres has received an announcement from BlackRock, Inc. on November 6, 2018, in accordance with the Finnish Securities Market Act Chapter 9, Section 5. According to the announcement BlackRock, Inc.'s indirect holding in Nokian Tyres shares fell below level of 5% of the share capital in Nokian Tyres plc, as result of share transactions concluded on November 5, 2018. The indirect shareholding of BlackRock, Inc. in Nokian Tyres has decreased to 6,783,816 shares, corresponding to 4.91% of Nokian Tyres’ shares and voting rights.
