KONE Corporation, stock exchange release, December 3, 2018 at 9.45 a.m. EET Share subscriptions with KONE 2015 option rights in 2019 KONE Corporation's 2015 option rights have been listed on the Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd. as of April 1, 2017. Each 2015 option right entitles to the subscription of one (1) new KONE class B shares at a price of EUR 30.40 per share. Evli Bank Plc. carries out the share subscriptions. The share subscription period with 2015 option rights will end April 30, 2019.
