Panevezio statybos trestas Will Build DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel in Vilnius

Panevezio statybos trestas (PST) has signed the contract agreement with the Viciunai Group for construction of the DoubleTree by Hilton hotel and the exposition hall of the Museum of Energetics and Technology in Vilnius.

The hotel will be interconnected with the Museum of Energetics and Technology by a sophisticated outdoor terrace, which will become a new area for meeting and spending leisure time in warm season, and the new looking museum itself with the modern underground exposition hall covering the area of nearly 1000 square meters will turn into the object of attraction all year round. The hotel will have 174 rooms, conference and SPA centres, a swimming pool and a restaurant open to everyone. The project in Vilnius will provide employment opportunities to about 100 people. Viciunai is planning to make investments in this project in Rinktines Street in the capital city in the amount of 30 mln. Euros. PST is planning to complete the activities within approximately two years.
