Nurminen Logistics Plc is streamlining its organisation structure. Changes in Group management team.

Nurminen Logistics is streamlining its organisation. Company´s Finnish forwarding and terminal businesses will be consolitated under one business leader. Ari Penttinen is nominated Senior Vice President and he will be in charge of this business unit. Ari Penttinen is at the moment the managing director of NR Rail Ltd. Ari has been previously the CEO in Kiitosimeon group. This consolidation will improve the co-operation of the functions and it will bring efficiency in sales and operations. Risto Holopainen who previously was in charge of terminal business, reports to Ari Penttinen and concentrates to industrial customers and projects. Mike Karjagin will be in charge of international rail services. Nurminen Logistics is also strengtening its sales and marketing by recruiting the sales and marketing director to gain new customers and to develop service concepts.

Company´s business structure will consist of forwarding and terminal services and international railroad businesses. Company´s management team is; Teppo Talvinko interim CEO/CFO, Mike Karjagin SVP, Ari Penttinen SVP. Nurminen Logistics Chairman of the Board Mr Olli Pohjanvirta will support the management team. New organisation structure will be effective 1 st of January 2019.

NR Rail Ltd is joint venture of Nurminen Logistics Plc and RTK Rail Transports Company Ltd.
