INVL Baltic Real Estate investor's calendar for 2019

UTIB INVL Baltic Real Estate plans to publish information to investors in 2019 in accordance with the following calendar:

28 February 2019 – interim information for 12 months of 2018;

18 March 2019 – audited financial reports and annual report;

30 April 2019 – Net Asset Value and factsheet for 3 months of 2019;

19 August 2019 – Net Asset Value and semi–annual report of 2019;

31 October 2019 – Net Asset Value and factsheet for 9 months of 2019.

The Company has a license granting the right to engage in the activities of a closed–ended type investment company pursuant to the Law on Collective Investment Undertakings of the Republic of Lithuania and has acquired the rights and obligations of both issuers and collective investment undertakings, provided for in the Law on Securities and the Law on Collective Investment Undertakings.

In accordance with the approved rules of the Bank of Lithuania "On the Formation and Provision of Information on Management Companies, Collective Investment Undertakings and Pension Funds", the Company chooses from 2019 not to publish interim reports for 3, 9 and 12 months. The Company informs that semi–annual and annual reports will be prepared and announced as expected. The Company will, in accordance with consistency, publish interim information for 12 months of 2018.
