F-Secure Corporation has today transferred without consideration a total of 164,963 of the company's own shares to key employees based on the 2016-2018 earning period of the Share-Based Long-Term Incentive program established by the Board of Directors in 2014.
Following the transfer, F-Secure Corporation holds a total of 1,053,661 of its own shares.
