Notification of the transfer of company’s own shares

Atria Plc's Board of Directors has today transferred 2,572 Atria shares held by the company to the Group’s key employees belonging to the target group of the share-based incentive scheme.

The right to dividend and other shareholder rights shall commence on the day the shares are entered in the key person's book-entry account.

After the share transfer, the company holds a total of 108 740 own shares.
