Permission issued to increase the authorised capital of AB Klaipėdos Nafta subsidiary UAB "SGD logistika"

With the permission of Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Lithuania, obtained by AB Klaipėdos Nafta (hereinafter - the “Company”) on 21st March 2019, came into force Company’s board decision to increase the authorised capital of Company’s subsidiary UAB “SGD logistika” in the amount of EUR 800 000.
