In accordance with the Law on Securities of the Republic of Lithuania and the Rules on the Information Disclosure approved by the Board of the Bank of Lithuania, we hereby confirm that, to the best of our knowledge, the attached consolidated and separate annual financial statements of AUGA group, AB for the year ended 31 December 2018, have been prepared in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards, give a true and fair view of the assets, liabilities, financial position and profit or loss and cash flow of AUGA group, AB group. The consolidated annual report provides a true and fair overview of AUGA group, AB and its subsidiaries business development and operations and the position of undertakings in relation to the description of the main risks and contingencies faced thereby.
