Lehto Group Plc: The employee cooperation negotiations concerning Lehto’s Oulainen and Hartola factories are completed

Lehto Group Plc Insider information June 11, 2019 at 2.30 p.m. Lehto Group Plc announced on May 9, 2019 that it will start adjustments measures to meet the balance between factory production capacity and short-term demand. Due to that, the company started employee cooperation negotiations which, according to the preliminary view, were expected to involve significant changes in personnel’s tasks or a reduction of personnel up to 70 man-years. The employee cooperation negotiations are completed. As a result of the negotiations, the company will terminate 51 employments and temporarily lay off 53 employments. In autumn 2019 additional 30 employees are expected to be laid off. About 20 employees were decided to be trained for new tasks.
