DOVRE GROUP: NOTIFICATION PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 9, SECTION 5 OF THE FINNISH SECURITIES MARKETS ACT

Dovre Group Plc has today, June 28, 2019, received a notification pursuant to Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act from Commuter 2 AS (business identity code 919761474), an entity controlled by Frank Ween. According to the notification, the ownership of Commuter 2 AS to shares and voting rights in Dovre Group Plc has decreased below 15%.

The notification relates to the increase in the total number of shares in Dovre Group Plc following the acquisition of Tech4Hire announced on June 25, 2019. The increase was entered in the Finnish trade register on June 28, 2019, which dilutes the proportion of all shares in Dovre Group Plc held by Commuter 2 AS. Commuter 2 AS’ ownership of all shares in Dovre Group Plc after the increase in the total number of shares is 14.81%. Commuter 2 AS’ ownership before the increase was 15.07%. The total number of shares in Dovre Group Plc held by Commuter 2 AS (15,102,357) has not changed.

Dovre Group Plc’s registered total number of shares is 101,946,747.
