Change in Board of Directors of Basware

Basware Corporation, stock exchange release, August 22, 2019 at 8:45 am EEST Mrs. Tuija Soanjärvi, member of the Board since 2013 and chairman of the Audit committee, has decided to reduce her board memberships due to personal reasons and has resigned from the Board of Directors of Basware as of August 21, 2019. “We wish to thank Tuija Soanjärvi for her strong and successful contribution to developing Basware into a world leading company in its field”, said Ilkka Sihvo, Chairman of the Board of Directors. After the change, the Board of Directors of Basware has five members. David Bateman, member of the Board, has been appointed as the new chairman of the Audit committee.
