Fortum's financial calendar in 2020

FORTUM CORPORATION STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 27 AUGUST 2019 AT 14.10 EEST

Fortum Corporation's Financial Statements Bulletin for the year 2019 will be published on 6 February 2020 at approximately 9.00 EET.

Fortum will publish three interim reports in 2020:

• January-March on 29 April 2020 at approximately 9.00 EEST
• January-June on 17 July 2020 at approximately 9.00 EEST
• January-September on 29 October 2020 at approximately 9.00 EET

Fortum's Financial Statements and Operating and Financial Review for 2019 will be published in week 8 at the latest.

Fortum's Annual General Meeting 2020 is planned to take place on 17 March 2020 and the possible dividend related dates planned for 2020 are:

• The ex-dividend date 18 March 2020
• The record date for dividend payment 19 March 2020
• The dividend payment date 26 March 2020

Fortum's Capital Markets Day is planned for 3.12.2020.
