Pihlajalinna becomes a regular service provider of Pohjola Insurance Ltd
Pihlajalinna Plc and Pohjola Insurance Ltd signed a co-operation agreement on 31 May 2019, launching their partnership with pilot projects for customers of Pohjola Insurance in two municipalities.
The partners have now evaluated the results and effectiveness of these projects following their completion. Based on the highly successful pilot project, Pohjola Insurance has approved Pihlajalinna as a national service provider for its multi-supplier model, which seeks to ensure prompt access to top quality services and an excellent customer experience. The partners find that the successful pilot phase has confirmed the nationwide enlargement of their cooperation.
Pihlajalinna will continue to supply services under the co-operation agreement, which does not commit the buyer to any specific purchasing volume. Pihlajalinna estimates that annual turnover of some EUR5-10 million could be achieved under this co-operation agreement.
