ROBIT PLC’S FINANCIAL INFORMATION AND ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING IN 2020**

Robit Plc will publish its financial statement release, half year financial report and two financial reviews in 2020 as follows:

20.02.2020 Financial statement release for 2019

23.04.2020 Financial review January – March 2020

06.08.2020 Half year financial report for January - June 2020

27.10.2020 Financial review January - September 2020

Robit observes a 30-day period of silence before publishing financial reports. During the silent period, Robit will not comment on the company’s financial position or future prospects and shall not meet with representatives of the capital markets or financial media.

The Financial Statements and the Annual review 2019 will be published on the company's website during week 10, 2020.

Robit’s Annual General Meeting is scheduled for Monday, March 23, 2020, in Tampere, Finland. The Board of Directors will give a separate notice of the Annual General Meeting. Possible requests from shareholders to include matters on the agenda of Robit's 2020 AGM shall be sent to investors@robitgroup.com., not later than 19.1. 2020.
