Dovre Group Plc has received a notification pursuant to Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act from Kyösti Kakkonen on November 12, 2019. According to the notification, Kyösti Kakkonen’s indirect holding in Dovre Group Plc shares and voting rights has increased above 10%.
