STORA ENSO OYJ STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 16 December 2019 at 9.00 EET During the 1 October – 30 November 2019 conversion period there was one conversion and a total of 230 A shares were converted into R shares. The shares were recorded in the Finnish trade register today, 16 December 2019, and trading in the new R shares will start on 17 December 2019. Breakdown of shares after conversion: A shares 176 256 834 R shares 612 363 153 Total 788 619 987 Each A share and each ten R shares carry one vote. The total amount of votes after the conversion is at least 237 493 149.
