Bittium Corporation Cancels the Annual General Meeting from Wednesday April 1, 2020 and Postpones It to a Later Date

Following the development of the coronavirus situation and the announcement by the Finnish Government on March 16, 2020, the Board of Directors of Bittium Corporation has decided to cancel theAnnual General Meeting from Wednesday,April 1, 2020.

According to the announcement by the Finnish Government, all public gatherings will be limited to a maximum of ten persons. Even though an Annual General Meeting of a listed companyis not a public gathering, Bittium Corporation's Board of Directors has decided to cancel theAnnual General Meeting.

Bittium Corporation will convene theAnnual General Meeting at a later stage.
