Basware’s Annual General Meeting 2020 postponed to a later date

Basware Corporation, stock exchange release, March 18, 2020 at 1:00 pm EET Basware’s Board of Directors takes the spreading of coronavirus (COVID-19) very seriously and has, based on the development of the situation and the decisions by the Finnish Government announced on March 16, including the limitation of all public gatherings to a maximum of ten people, decided to postpone the Annual General Meeting 2020. Consequently, the Annual General Meeting will not take place on Thursday, March 19, 2020. Basware will convene the Annual General Meeting as soon as the circumstances permit.
