The District Court of Helsinki has ruled to initiate corporate restructuring proceedings of Stockmann plc

STOCKMANN plc, Inside Information 8.4.2020 at 12:30 EET By its decision of today, 8 April 2020, the District Court of Helsinki has ruled to initiate proceedings for Stockmann plc in accordance with the law of corporate restructuring. The District Court has positioned Attorney Jyrki Tähtinen from Borenius Attorneys Ltd as administrator for the company’s corporate restructuring proceedings. According to the decision of the District Court, the proposal for the restructuring programme must be drawn up before 11 December 2020. The corporate restructuring proceedings will be discussed at Stockmann plc’s Annual General Meeting, which will be convened by the company’s Board of Directors at a later date to be announced separately.
