NoHo Partners Plc’s new shares registered in the Trade Register and trading in the new shares commences approximately on 9 April 2020

On 12 February 2020, NoHo Partners Plc communicated on a directed issue, whereby 144,983 new shares were subscribed for. These new shares have been registered in the Trade Register today 8 April 2020.

The total number of NoHo Partners Plc's shares after the registration of the new shares is 19,153,673. The new shares carry shareholders’ rights as of their date of registration.

The shares issued in the directed issue will be admitted to trading on Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd’s official list approximately on 9 April 2020.
