STORA ENSO OYJ STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 14 April 2020 at 9.00 EEST During the 1 March 2020 – 31 March 2020 conversion period there was one conversion and a total of 400 A shares were converted into R shares. The shares were recorded in the Finnish trade register today, 14 April 2020, and trading in the new R shares will start on 15 April 2020. Breakdown of shares after conversion: A shares 176 255 584 R shares 612 364 403 Total 788 619 987 Each A share and each ten R shares carry one vote. The total amount of votes after the conversion is at least 237 492 024.
