Comparable data for the financial year 2019 based on Solteq Plc's new reporting structure

Solteq Plc, Stock Exchange Bulletin, April 20, 2020 at 2.00 pm On October 29, 2019, Solteq announced that it would change its segment structure to create a better match with the Group's business structure and revenue sources and to promote business growth, particularly in international markets. Since the beginning of 2020, Solteq Group has had two business segments: Solteq Software (the software business) and Solteq Digital (consulting). In the previous reporting structure, the Group's business was presented as a single segment. The new structure divides the business areas into distinct reportable segments, in accordance with their revenue models. Solteq Software includes businesses based on the company's own products. The segment's revenue is mainly derived from license and maintenance fees for Solteq's products, and the related services such as integrations and implementation projects. The revenue of Solteq Digital is mainly based on IT expert services. These services include consulting, the implementation of customer systems as projects, continuous development services and maintenance. Solteq Oyj's first interim report of 2020 will be prepared in accordance with the new reporting structure. Due to the segment change, Solteq will publish comparable data for the financial year 2019. The tables below show the quarterly reported revenue, EBITDA and operating profit for 2019, and the adjusted EBITDA and operating profit divided according to the new segment structure. The comparable figures are unaudited.
