New shares of Nurminen Logistics Plc registered with the trade register

A total of 120,000 new shares (the "New Shares") issued in Nurminen Logistics Plc's (the "Company") share issue to the CEO of the Company against payment have been registered with the Trade Register on 30 April 2020. Following the registration of the New Shares, the total number of the Company's shares is 44,724,174 shares.

The New Shares will be admitted to trading together with the Company's existing shares on the official list of Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd on or about 4 May 2020.
