Olli Pohjanvirta Pohjanvirta appointed interim CEO of Nurminen Logistics Plc; Tero Vauraste to leave CEO position with immediate effect

The company refers to the stock exchange release published on 24 May 2020 whereby the CEO of Nurminen Logistics Plc. has announced he is leaving his position. The board of directors of the company has considered the matter and decided that Vauraste will leave his position as CEO on 25 May 2020, and that the chairman of the board of directors Olli Pohjanvirta is appointed as CEO on an interim basis. Vauraste will support the CEO and the members of the management team on a full-time basis until 25 July 2020.
