The Board of Directors of Nurminen Logistics Plc has appointed Irmeli Rytkönen as the Chairperson of the Audit Committee

The Board of Directors appointed from among its members the following members to the Board's Audit Committee: Irmeli Rytkönen and Jukka Nurminen on 12 June 2020. Irmeli Rytkönen was elected the Chairperson of the Board's Audit Committee.
