Clarification regarding Olvi Plc record date for second instalment of dividends 1 September 2020

OLVI PLC STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 28 AUG 2020 AT 1.30 pm CLARIFICATION REGARDING OLVI PLC RECORD DATE FOR SECOND INSTALMENT OF DIVIDENDS 1 SEPTEMBER 2020 In the financial statements bulletin released on 27 February 2020, Olvi plc declared the dates of dividend payments and related record dates as follows: “The dividends will be paid in two instalments. The first instalment of 0.50 euro per share will be paid on 8 May 2020 to shareholders registered in the register of shareholders held by Euroclear Finland Ltd on the record date 14 April 2020. The second instalment of 0.50 euro per share will be paid on 8 September 2020 to shareholders registered in the register of shareholders held by Euroclear Finland Ltd on the record date 1 September 2020.” Even though the Interim Report released on 30 April 2020 incorrectly stated the record date for the second instalment as 2 September 2020, the record date will be 1 September 2020 as specified in the financial statements bulletin.
