A total of 143 539 new shares (the "New Shares") issued in Nurminen Logistics Oyj's (the "Company") share issue to the Company itself without consideration have been registered with the Trade Register on 1.10.2020. Following the registration of the New Shares, the total number of the Company's shares is 44 867 713 shares, of which 249 872 shares in total are held by the Company.

The New Shares will be admitted to trading together with the Company's existing shares on the official list of Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd on or about 2.10.2020.
