**The following persons have been appointed as members of Enedo Plc’s Shareholders’ Nomination Board:

- Jussi Capital Oy: Jarkko Takanen (chairman)

- Rausanne Group: Jarmo Malin

- Jaakko Heininen and related parties: Jaakko Heininen

In addition, Tuomo Lähdesmäki, Chairman of the Board of Enedo Plc, is a member of the Nomination Board.

The decision to establish the Nomination Board was taken at the General Meeting of Shareholders in 2017. The Nomination Board’s duties include preparing proposals related to the election and remuneration of the members of the Board of Directors for the next Annual General Meeting.
